Welcome to the best deep sea fishing experience that the State of Florida has to offer. Paladin Fishing Charters was founded in 1993 and continuously operates on the Gulf to this day.

In 2022, Associated Fishing Expeditions, L.L.C. (Locally and Veteran owned) acquired the Paladin as a business unit to continue it’s legacy of being one of the top rated charter fishing boats in the state of Florida and on the Gulf of Mexico.

In order to expand on it’s legacy, in the spring of 2023, Captain Rich re-documented the Paladin as a federally registered vessel with the United States Coast Guard. The Paladin’s permits allow for fishing not only on the Gulf of Mexico, where it all began, but now includes the South Atlantic and Atlantic Ocean including the Dry Tortugas and trips to the Bahamas. The Paladin is permitted to fish up to 200 miles offshore from coast to coast. 

With the annual changes and restrictions for species specific fishing coupled with changes in the regulatory environment, the Paladin has positioned itself to go where the fishing is, taking into account what we have perfected since day one which is Reef and Pelagic species fishing.

The Paladin’s core business is and will continue to be daily and overnight trips for Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Red Grouper and Gag Grouper, running out of our home port of Tarpon Springs.
